2011:  Ran a season best 8K time of 27:45.57 at the Midwest Classic hosted by Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill., on September 9.

2010:  Ran a career best 8K time of 26:39 at the NAIA Great Lakes Invitational hosted by Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., on October 23 ... finished 10th overall with a time of 27:04 at the Bethel College Invitational hosted by Bethel College in South Bend, Ind., on October 8.

Prep:  Ran cross country and track at Amos Alonzo Stagg High School in Palos Hills, Ill.
