• Kyle Rago is in his 5th season as Head Coach of the Saint Xavier men’s cross country and track & field programs in 2018-19.
• During his time at Saint Xavier, Rago has seen his student-athletes earn five NAIA All-American honors; one in cross country, three in indoor track & field, and one in outdoor track & field.
• A total of 15 All-CCAC Team awards have been earned by Saint Xavier cross country and track & field athletes since Rago took over the program in 2014-15.
• In 2017, Alan Guzman claimed the CCAC cross country individual title, and was named CCAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year.
• Of the 25 fastest cross country times in program history, 13 have been set during Rago’s tenure.
• Ten school records in indoor track & field, and 11 outdoor records have been set in the five seasons with Rago at the helm.
• Saint Xavier has claimed five individual cross country titles with Rago as head coach.
• Prior to his arrival at Saint Xavier, Rago spent six seasons at Olivet Nazarene University, as the cross country and track & field recruiting coordinator as well as the strength and conditioning coordinator for distance athletes.
• During those six seasons, Rago helped the ONU program grow from 60 student-athletes to over 140 in 2013-14.
• A former middle-distance runner for the Tigers, Rago was a four-time NAIA national qualifier, and set six school records. Rago was named team captain for both cross country and track & field teams during his junior and senior seasons.
• Rago graduated from Olivet Nazarene in 2007, with a degree in social science education.
