  • Erin Mollohan-Corrao begins her 10th season as head coach of the Saint Xavier softball program.
  • Through nine seasons, Mollohan has led the Cougars to a 279-106 (.725) record.
  • She has led SXU to three CCAC Regular Season Championships (2022, 2024 & 2025) and five CCAC Tournament Championships (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025).
  • Mollohan helped lead Saint Xavier to the NAIA Softball National Championship Opening Round in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 reaching the tournament’s final, finishing as runner-up in 2018, 2021, 2022 & 2023
  • In nine seasons as head coach, Mollohan has seen her players earn over 100 CCAC All-Academic and NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards, 47 All-CCAC Team awards, 15 CCAC Gold Glove winners, six NAIA All-Americans, three CCAC Players of the Year, two CCAC Pitchers of the Year, two NAIA Gold Glovers and the Schutt Sports/NFCA NAIA Pitcher of the Year (Allison Golic in 2021).
  • Mollohan first joined the Saint Xavier coaching staff in 2013, as an assistant. During that four-year span, the Cougars posted a combined 189-35-4 record, and won three CCAC regular season championships, two CCAC Tournament titles, and two NAIA Softball World Series berths, including an NAIA national runner-up campaign in 2016.
  • Prior to coming to Saint Xavier, Mollohan was an assistant coach at her alma mater, NCAA Division I Drake University (Iowa).
  • Mollohan was a four-year starter at Drake, and was named to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Second Team in 2010. Mollohan also set the Drake single-season record with 18 doubles as a junior that season.
  • Mollohan was a two-time CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-District Team selection, in 2010 and 2011.
