Feminis begins his 12th season coordinating football recruitment. His role entails scouting, recommending, and recruiting prospective student-athletes.
 
Feminis has more than 15 years of player evaluation experience spanning high school, NAIA, major college and NFL. Feminis researched and wrote scouting reports for Nolan Nawrocki's NFL Draft Preview (2009-17), one of the industry's preeminent, independent scouting resources.
 
Feminis' experience also includes stints at Pro Football Weekly and Next College Student Athlete, and his work has appeared on NFL.com and StLouisRams.com.
 
Feminis also works for the scouting department of SumerSports, a data-driven, NFL roster optimization company which provides pro and college player analysis.
