Box Score CHICAGO – Five of the six starters for the No. 11 ranked Saint Xavier University men's volleyball team (17-4/9-1 CCAC) had at least five kills, including 10 kills each for senior middle blocker Drew Ehlers (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield North) and freshman opposite hitter Oskar Krzyzak (Rzeszow, Poland/Szkota Mistrzostwa Sportowego Rzeszow), respectively, as the Cougars swept visiting Cornerstone University in three sets (23-15, 25-16, 25-20) in non-conference competition Friday evening at the Shannon Center in Chicago, Ill. Ehlers posted an attack percentage of .600 (10-1-15) and had a service ace along with a solo block. It was the sixth consecutive match that SXU has had a team attack percentage of .300 or better and sports an overall mark of .314 (927-340-1,869), currently the best attack percentage in single-season history for Saint Xavier.

- Junior outside hitter Vejas Cuplinskas (Riverside, Ill./Riverside Brookfield) registered a season-high six digs and added five kills and a service ace.
- Junior middle blocker Jake McClain (Homer Glen, Ill./Marist) came away with five kills and two blocks.
- Freshman libero Andres Velez (Toa Baja, Puerto Rico/St. Francis) scooped up a match-high eight digs, along with two aces and two assists.
No. 11 Saint Xavier (17-4/9-1 CCAC) travels up Milwaukee, Wis. to take on Cardinal Stritch University (Wis.) in a makeup match that was postponed on March 3. The match is scheduled for a 7:00 pm start.
