Box Score CHICAGO – No. 10 ranked Saint Xavier University men's volleyball (20-4/12-1 CCAC) celebrated 'Senior Night' with a three-set win (25-11, 25-10, 25-18) over Roosevelt University (Ill.) in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) regular season finale for both teams Friday evening at the Shannon Center in Chicago, Ill. Prior to the match, senior setter Noah Randall (Plainfield, Ill./Quincy/Plainfield Central) was honored, and he responded with 36 assists, six digs, two service aces and a kill to help the Cougars claim the CCAC regular season championship for the second consecutive season. SXU earns a first-round bye in the CCAC Tournament and will host the semifinals and championship on March 31 and April 1.

Head coach Tom Ryan also reached a career milestone by collecting career win No. 100 in his fifth season at the helm for Saint Xavier. He sports an overall all record of 100-36 since taking over the program prior to the 2019 season.

• Junior outside hitter Vejas Cuplinskas (Riverside, Ill./Riverside Brookfield) finished with a match-high 11 kills on a spectacular .600 attack percentage (11-2-15), along with three digs and a block.
• Junior middle blocker John Glennon (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East) set a new career-high with eight blocks (two solos) and had seven kills on a .700 attack percentage (7-0-10).
• Freshman opposite hitter Oskar Krzyzak (Rzeszow, Poland/Szkota Mistrzostwa Sportowego Rzeszow) tallied seven kills, four blocks (one solo), three aces and a dig.
• Senior middle blocker Drew Ehlers (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield North) came away with five kills, two blocks (one solo) and two digs.
• Freshman libero Andres Velez (Toa Baja, Puerto Rico/St. Francis) recorded a match-best 10 digs and added three assists.
• Freshman outside hitter Jan Lopuch (Krakow, Poland/I Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace Sportowe) registered four kills, three digs, an assist, a block and a service ace.
• Junior middle blocker Jake McClain (Homer Glen, Ill./Marist) collected three blocks (one solo), two kills and an ace.
• Sophomore outside hitter Zach Carroll (Chicago, Ill./St. Rita) had three blocks, three kills and two digs.
• Sophomore outside hitter Sean Carey (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) added two kills and a block. Overall, the Cougars had 14.0 total blocks, the third most ever in a three-set match in team history.
