Jaidn Green (Evansville, Ind./Evansville North) scored nine of her game-high 24 points down the stretch and she added eight points and three assists in the win. SXU controlled the glass, outrebounded the Fighting Bees, 45-36, and they collected 14 offensive rebounds that were converted into 20 second-chance points. - Junior guard Aaliyahna Derrell (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sand Creek) continued her hot streak, draining 23 points on 8-for-16 shooting from the field. She also had two assists, a block and a steal.
- Sophomore center Eleanor Harris (Downers Grove, Ill./Downers Grove North) recorded 13 points while shooting at a 75.0 percent clip (6-for-8), along with six rebounds, five blocked shots, an assist and a steal.
- Junior forward Alyssa Crenshaw (Algonquin, Ill./Dundee Crown) posted her team-leading sixth double-double of the year, pulling down a season-high tying 12 rebounds and scoring 10 points. It was the seventh time this season that she has had 10 or more rebounds in a game.
- Junior forward Sofie Carr (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) corralled a career-high nine rebounds. She also had two points and a steal.
- Sophomore guard Lia Chudzik (Pewaukee, Wis./Pewaukee) chipped in five rebounds, an assist and scored one point, while junior guard Jenna Hernandez (Homer Glen, Ill./Joliet Catholic Academy) added three points and a rebound.
Saint Xavier (16-10/14-5 CCAC) wraps up the regular season with a CCAC contest at University of St. Francis (Ill.) on Saturday, February 24 in Joliet, Ill. The game is scheduled for a 1:00 pm start.
