th minute due to lighting as a storm system came through the area due to the hot and humid temperatures. The thermometer read 97 degrees Fahrenheit at kickoff.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Natalie Dybas (La Grange, Ill./Lyons Township) earned the win in net, making a pair of saves.
- Junior midfielder Hope Lewis (Auburn, Ind./DeKalb) netted her first goal of the season on her lone shot attempt.
- Sophomore forward Alex Jonaitis (Naperville, Ill./Naperville Central) and senior midfielder Louisa Schreiber (Bonndorf, Germany/Morton/Hans-Thoma-Schule) led the team with three shot attempts. Jonaitis had two shots on goal, while Schreiber had one, respectively.

Saint Xavier (1-0/0-0 CCAC) travels to Kokomo, Ind. to play Indiana University Kokomo on Saturday, August 31. The match is slated for a 4:00 pm central start.
