CHICAGO – Junior midfielder Hailey Henry (Rockton, Ill./Hononegah Community) scored the lone tally for Saint Xavier University women's soccer (2-1, 0-0 CCAC) in a 1-0 triumph over Clarke University (Iowa) Tuesday evening at Bruce R. Deaton Memorial Field in Chicago, Ill. Henry scored her first goal of the season in the 49^th minute. Sophomore goalkeeper Natalie Dybas (La Grange, Ill./Lyons Township) earned her second win of the season in goal and she recorded her first clean sheet of the year with one save.

• Sophomore forward Alex Jonaitis (Naperville, Ill./Naperville Central) had two shot attempts with one shot on goal, as well as assisting on Henry's goal.
• Junior midfielder/defender Hope Lewis (Auburn, Ind./DeKalb) registered a pair of shots with one on goal.
• Fifth-year senior midfielder Neida Ocampo (Hoffman Estates, Ill./Harper/Conant) and senior midfielder Louisa Schreiber (Bonndorf, Germany/Morton/Hans-Thoma-Schule) each had a shot on goal, respectively.
• Defense controlled the match in the first half as the Pride had three shot attempts to the Cougars' two. Overall, both teams were tough defensively as CU had nine shot attempts and SXU had seven
• Dybas made her only save, coming in the 17^th minute, on a shot from over 40 yards out from the left side.
• Henry took a pass from Jonaitis on a rush from the right side of the pitch and she buried the goal from 10 yards out from the left side.

Saint Xavier (2-1/0-0 CCAC) makes the trip to Arlington Heights, Ill. to play Roosevelt University (Ill.) in a non-conference contest on Sunday, September 8. The match is scheduled for a 12:00 pm kickoff.
