CHICAGO – Six different players scored 10 or more points as Saint Xavier University men's basketball (14-5, 9-2 CCAC) came away with a 90-77 triumph over Judson University (Ill.) in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) action Wednesday evening on Bob Hallberg Court at the Shannon Center in Chicago, Ill. Senior guard Sando Hill (Vanoss, Okla./Lyon/Seminole State/Vanoss) did a little bit of everything for the Cougars as he scored 15 points, tied the single-game program record with eight steals, grabbed six rebounds and he dished out a game-best five assists in 24 minutes off the bench.

Hill had half of the team's steals as SXU tallied 16 steals on the night, tied for their second-highest total this season. Saint Xavier also forced 29 turnovers, tying their season-high, also against Judson when they played at the end of November in Elgin, Ill. The Cougars shared the ball well, collecting 20 assists, their fifth game with 20 or more assists in 2024-25.

• Junior forward Davion Lawrence (Oak Lawn, Ill./Moraine Valley/Oak Lawn Community) scored a team-best 16 points, making 4-of-7 from beyond the arc and finishing 6-for-12 from the field overall. He also had three offensive rebounds and an assist.
• Junior guard Mekhi Wilson (Covington, Ky./Iowa Central/Covington Catholic) went 5-for-11 from three-point range, totaling 15 points. He also had a block, a rebound and a steal.
• Fifth-year senior guard Julian Barr (Tinley Park, Ill./Lincoln Land/Lincoln-Way) posted 14 points, two assists, two rebounds and a pair of steals.
• Redshirt sophomore guard Mason Kibelkis (Peotone, Ill./Peotone) was 4-for-6 from deep, recording 12 points, in 16 minutes off the bench.
• Junior guard Deontrae Warren (Champaign, Ill./Daley/Olive Harvey/Champaign Centennial) registered 11 points, a season-best six rebounds (three offensive), three assists and a blocked shot.
• Senior forward Kevin Bishop (Cleveland, Ohio/Pikeville/Parkland/Cleveland Benedictine) had six points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals.
• Junior guard Ashton Atwater (Kalamazoo, Mich./Kalamazoo Valley/Ostego) chipped in four assists, two rebounds, two steals and a point.

Saint Xavier (14-5, 9-2 CCAC) is on the road to take on Governors State University (Ill.) on Saturday, January 25. The game is scheduled for a 3:00 pm start in University Park, Ill.
