Bourbonnais, Ill. – Senior opposite hitter/setter Matt Pennala (Long Beach, Calif./Long Beach City/St. John Bosco), who earlier in the day was named the NAIA Attacker of the Week, posted a match-high 13 kills, along with five blocks, three service aces and two digs to help guide No. 2 Saint Xavier University men's volleyball (19-0/8-0 CCAC) to a three-set victory (25-16, 25-15, 25-18) over Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) action Tuesday evening at the McHie Arena in Bourbonnais, Ill. The Cougars collected 18 block assists on the night, third-highest this season, and 12 aces, their seventh match with 10 or more service aces, to extend their winning streak to 19 consecutive matches.

• Sophomore outside hitter Caydann Cox (Jamestown, N.D./Jamestown/Jamestown) tallied nine kills, a match-best four aces, two blocks and two digs.
• Sophomore setter Cameron Daniels (Omaha, Neb./Millard West) posted a match-leading 25 assists, along with eight digs, three kills, a block and a service ace.
• Senior outside hitter Sean Carey (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) collected five kills, two blocks (one solo) and an ace.
• Graduate student middle blocker Drew Ehlers (Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield North) came away with a match-best six blocks, four kills on five attempts, two digs and two service aces.
• Junior libero Andres Velez (Toa Baja, Puerto Rico/St. Francis) recorded a match-high 13 digs while adding four assists.
• Sophomore middle blocker Camden Steckler (Manteca, Calif./Jamestown/Manteca) added three blocks and sophomore setter Aaron Amawan (Hanover Park, Ill./Bartlett) chipped in an ace.

No. 2 Saint Xavier (19-0/8-0 CCAC) returns to the Shannon Center to host a Tri-Match on Saturday, March 29. SXU takes on St. Ambrose University (Iowa) in a CCAC contest at 11:00 am and No. 4 Lawrence Tech University (Mich.) at 4:00 pm.
