Lexi Clarke (Plainfield, Ill./Joliet JC/Plainfield South) claimed first-place honors in the 800m Championship, running her second-best career time, and fifth-best in team history, at 2:11.71 to hit the NAIA 'B' Standard. The Cougars finished 11
th out of 19 teams with a total score of 31.5 points. Host Hillsdale College (Mich.) collected the most points with 103.
- Junior Amaya Rique (St. Louis, Mo./Mineral Area/Seckman) established a new personal record (PR) in the prelims of the 100m Dash, running the fourth-best time ever by an SXU athlete at 12.10 seconds. Junior Rashiya Warfield (Lansing, Ill./T.F. South) PR'd as well, clocking in at 12.89 seconds. Freshman Nyaa Williams (Romeoville, Ill./Romeoville) made her Outdoor debut, checking in with a time of 13.42 seconds.
- Colins tied for sixth place in the 200m with her time of 26.50 seconds, her fourth-best career mark. Junior Isabel Calderon (Orland Park, Ill./Olivet Nazarene/Sandburg) topped her time from last week, crossing at 27.60 seconds. Warfield finished with a time of 28.40 seconds, just ahead of Williams' time of 28.50 seconds, who tied with her teammate, sophomore Sophia Thomas (Highland, Ill./Highland), who set a new PR. Freshman Alesi Rodriguez (St. John, Ind./Andrean) debuted in the event, recording a time of 29.40 seconds.
- Also racing in the 400m, Rique shaved a second off her old PR with a time of 1:00.27. Williams checked in with a time of 1:04.08, and Rodriguez crossed at 1:04.86. Senior Kenia Salgado (Cicero, Ill./Morton East) posted her second-best career effort at 1:12.99.
- In the 800m Open, freshman Briana Krapf (Portage, Ind./Portage) made debut in the race, placing sixth at 2:27.20. Calderon made her debut in the event for Saint Xavier as well, recording a ninth-place time of 2:30.51. Salgado booked her third-quickest career mark at 2:45.51.
- Freshman Jiselle Aldrete (Chicago, Ill./Marist) bested her time from the previous meet in the 1500m Open, taking over three seconds off her time at 6:01.22.
- Fifth-year senior Olivia Mathis (Akron, Ohio/Lourdes/St. Vincent-St. Mary) demolished her previous PR in the 1500 Championship by nearly 13 seconds, running the third-best time in team history with her second-place mark of 4:36.91.
- Warfield ran her fourth-best career time in the preliminaries of the 100m Hurdles at 15.35 seconds. Rodriguez logged her second-best time of the year at 20.54 seconds.
- Salgado checked in with her second-fastest time of the season in the 400m Hurdles, registering a time of 1:20.90.
- The 4x100 Relay team of Colins, Rique, Thomas & Williams logged the ninth-best time in team history, placing fourth at 49.80 seconds.
- In the 4x800 Relay, the squad of freshman Ava Scheeringa (Hebron, Ind./Hebron), junior Alexia Guzman (Chicago, Ill./Solorio Academy), Krapf & Clarke finished in third place with a time of 10:21.40.
- Colins posted the 10th best jump in school history, while setting a new PR, in the prelims of the Long Jump with a distance of 5.30m. Warfield debuted in the discipline, coming away with a mark of 4.79m. Senior Nayilea Bejarano (Posen, Ill./Eisenhower) made her first appearance in the 2026 Outdoor season, recorded her second-best career jump at 4.56m.
- Competing in the Shot Put Open, senior Jamie Sierocki (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East) booked her best throw of the season, placing sixth, at 11.28m. Freshman Brooke Becker (Tinley Park, Ill./Tinley Park) set a new PR with her ninth-place toss of 10.54m. Freshman Alexa Pena Flores (Burbank, Ill./Reavis) logged a distance of 10.14m.
- Pena Flores had the best throw for the Cougars in the Discus Open, taking seventh with a mark of 36.18m for a new PR. Sophomore Mariah James (Alsip, Ill./Shepard) was 10th overall after her season-best distance of 34.44m. Becker improved on her effort from the previous meet, setting a new PR at 32.87m. Sierocki booked a throw of 29.74m.
- James was third in the Hammer Open, posting a toss of 42.03m, and establishing a new PR. Becker registered a throw of 32.17m, ahead of Sierocki at 30.86m and Pena Flores at 26.38m.
- Sierocki placed fifth in the Javelin with a toss of 29.51m. Calderon topped her throw from last week, hitting a distance of 23.02m.
Saint Xavier prepares for the Drake University (Iowa) Relays that take place from April 21-24 in Des Moines, Iowa.
