Lemont, Ill. – Sophomore Lincoln Chizmark (Joliet, Ill./Joliet West) finished in a six-way tie for 33^rd place with a two-day, 54-hole score of 239 (+23) for the Saint Xavier University men's golf team at Lewis University (Ill.) Flyer Fall Intercollegiate at Dubsdread at Cog Hill in Lemont, Ill. Tuesday afternoon. He made four birdies in round one, one the Par-Four third hole, the Par-Five fifth hole, the Par-Four eighth hole and the Par-Five 15^th hole for a score of 77. Chizmark completed day one with a score of 81 in his second loop, making birdies on the fifth and 15^th holes, respectively. He wrapped up the tournament with three birdies on Tuesday, draining back-to-back birdie putts on the eighth and Par-Five ninth holes, along with the Par-Four 17^th hole for another round of 81. As a team, the Cougars were 15^th out of 15 teams with a combined score of 993 (+129). University of Wisconsin-Parkside won the meet with a score of 900 (+36).

• Sophomore Talon Hawk (Athens, Ohio/Morro Bay) tied with four other golfers at 57^th overall with a three-round mark of 248 (+32). He sank a birdie on the 17^th hole in round one for a score of 83, and took seven strokes off his score the second time around in round two. Hawk converted three birdie putts on the Par-Four fourth hole, the fifth hole and the 17^th hole for a score of 76. On day two, he posted a score of 89.
• Junior Dan Stood (Lemont, Ill./Lemont) was just two shots behind his teammate, tying for 62^nd with a score of 250 (+34). He birdied the Par-Four first hole in round one, finishing with a tally of 86. Stood lowered his score by three shots in round two as he made a birdie on the third hole, as well as the 15^th hole for a mark of 83. He lowered his score again on Tuesday, shooting an 81, after a birdie on the fifth hole and another on the Par-Five 11^th hole.
• Freshman Thor Hock (Palos Park, Ill./Brother Rice) was 74^th with a 54-hole score of 259 (+43). He recorded two birdies in round one on the fifth and the Par-Four 13^th hole for a score of 89. Hock shaved four strokes of his card in round two, draining birdies on the first and fourth holes, for a tally of 85. He shot another round of 85 to finish the tournament on Tuesday.
• Junior Joey Glennon (Frankfort, Ill./Lincoln-Way East) turned in a total score of 262 (+46) to place 76^th. He made three birdies in round one, on the fourth, fifth and Par-Four 10^th holes, for a first-round score of 90. Glennon sank two birdies in round two on the fifth and 15^th holes, to help lower his score to an 86. He carded another round of 86 in day two, draining a birdie on the 15^th hole.
• Freshman Ryne Shields (Oak Lawn, Ill./Brother Rice) competed as an individual, finishing one shot behind his teammate with a score of 263 (+47). He completed round one with a score of 84, followed by a score of 92 in the second-round while making a birdie putt on the Par-Four 18^th hole. Shields improved his score on the final day by five shots with a round of 87.

Saint Xavier concludes the Fall portion of their schedule at the two-day Saints Classic hosted by Holy Cross College (Ind.) starting on Monday, October 20 at Warren Golf Course in Notre Dame, Ind.
