CHICAGO – Sophomore Maddie Davis (Chicago, Ill./St. Laurence) was named to the All- Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Second Team when the awards were announced by the league office Thursday morning after the conclusion of the CCAC Women's Golf Tournament Championships that saw St. Ambrose University (Iowa) win the tournament to earn an automatic berth into the NAIA Women's Golf National Championships at Eagle Crest Golf Club in Ypsilanti, Mich. that finishes today on May 15. Davis is coming off a 2023-24 season that saw her claim CCAC Freshman of the Year honors. She also won the CCAC Women's Golfer of the Week award for the first time in her collegiate career on April 9.

• Davis competed in nine tournaments for the Cougars, playing 15 rounds of golf. She won the SXU Battle at the Creek with an 18-hole score of 78, her lowest round of the season, on April 5 at Nettle Creek Golf Course in Morris, Ill.
• She also added three more Top 10 finishes, placing second at the two-day Clarke University (Iowa) Fall Classic on September 11, 2024 with a 36-hole mark of 184 (+40). She was seventh overall at the Holy Cross College (Ind.) Spring Invite with a round of 90 on April 8 and Davis tied for ninth at the two-day Clash at the Creek hosted by Joliet Junior College (Ill.) with a score of 87 on October 1, 2024.
